The 360 Guarantee applies to items and systems that fall within the scope of a standard home inspection as defined by the InterNACHI Standards of Practice.
A home inspection is a snapshot of a property’s visible condition at a specific point in time. While we identify deficiencies and potential areas of concern, we cannot predict future failures or guarantee the longevity of systems and components.
