What does a home inspection include?
Our comprehensive home inspection covers all major systems and components of the property, including the roof, foundation, structure, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, insulation, and ventilation. We also inspect built-in appliances and provide a detailed, easy-to-read report with photos so you fully understand the condition of the home.
How long does a home inspection take?
Most inspections take between 2–4 hours, depending on the size, age, and condition of the property. We encourage clients to attend the inspection so we can walk you through key findings in real time and answer any questions on the spot.
